Our QUILTED vest got an update for the spring. Nothing is more darling than a touch of ruffle! This quilted version is adorned with ruffled grosgrain ribbon down the front zipper and has a slightly shorter and slimmer cut than our original channel stitched vest. It's a great layering piece oozing with femininity!
